Defining project success before you start requires conceptual thinking. We need to conceive a project as a linked chain of measured achievements. We create this chain by starting at the end of the project -- yes, the end. The last achievement is your definition of success. This success needs to be measurable and preferably quantifiable.

We work with you at every stage to research, check and test all aspects of the project. We can even provide staff to work on your premises to help with data entry, photography and training. Our team are used to working with third party contractors if required.
